Lapa Surf School offers you a fun and safe introduction to surfing with the goal of teaching you how to catch & ride your own waves even if it’s your first time surfing!

All of our instructors speak English & Spanish and are certified by the ISA ( International Surfing Association ) as well as have extensive local knowledge of the area so you know you are in good hands!

At Lapa we provide everything from the rash guard (surf T-shirt) to surfboard so you only need to bring your bare essentials. Umbrellas for shade and beach chairs are provided as well as fresh fruit and cold water so there’s no need to bring your own snacks (unless you want to of course). If you would like to learn how to surf, and are ready to try something new or simply want to improve your current skills, Lapa Surf School is definitely the place for you!
